By installing or using TwoFrame, you agree to these terms. They're intentionally brief — TwoFrame does one thing (record video from two cameras at once) and these terms cover that.
Nomadan Apps grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TwoFrame on iOS devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. Your subscription or one-time purchase grants you full access to the recording features for the duration of the entitlement.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue refunds directly.
Every video you record with TwoFrame belongs entirely to you. We claim no rights to your recordings. Because we never upload or store your recordings on any server, we have no ability to access, share, or use them in any way.
You are solely responsible for the content you record and where you publish it. Don't use TwoFrame to record people without their consent in jurisdictions that require it, and don't use it for unlawful purposes.
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable but we can't guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomadan Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TwoFrame, including but not limited to lost recordings, missed shots, or content rejected by third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (typically $9.99 or less).
You can stop using TwoFrame at any time by uninstalling it. If you violate these terms (e.g., attempt to bypass the paywall, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for unlawful purposes), we may revoke your license. For lifetime purchasers, we will refund the full purchase price in this case.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of Nomadan Apps, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms when materially needed. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
