TwoFrame is built and supported by a small team. We answer every email — usually within one or two business days. Before you write, here are answers to the most common questions.
Simultaneous dual-camera recording requires Apple's A12 Bionic chip, which means iPhone XS, XR, or any newer model (X11 series, X12, X13, X14, X15, X16). Older devices cannot run TwoFrame regardless of iOS version. If you bought a subscription on an older device, sign in on a supported device with the same Apple ID and tap "Restore Purchases" to activate it.
Multi-camera recording is power-intensive. If your phone overheats, iOS will throttle the camera to protect the hardware. Solutions:
The album is created automatically the first time you complete a recording. If you can't find it, open Photos → Albums → scroll to "My Albums" — it'll be there. If TwoFrame doesn't have permission to write to Photos, you'll see an error message in the app; fix it via Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → TwoFrame → "Add Photos Only" or "Full Access".
TwoFrame needs microphone permission to record audio. Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → TwoFrame must be enabled. If it was previously denied, iOS won't re-prompt — you have to flip it manually here.
All purchases are processed by Apple, so all refunds go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the TwoFrame purchase, and tap "Report a Problem". Apple typically processes these within 24-48 hours.
